ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Production times vary by product type:
    • In-stock items: Shipped within 2 business days
    • Made-to-order fine jewelry: Ships in 4-6 weeks
    • Out-of-stock fashion jewelry: Restocked within 2-3 weeks

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free on orders over $100
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $7.99
  • Priority Shipping (1-2 business days): $12.99

Note:

  • Carriers (USPS/UPS) provide estimated delivery windows, but delays may occur.
  • Signature required for orders over $1,000.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Delivery times: 7–21 business days (varies by destination).
  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and duties.
  • Tracking may be limited once packages leave the U.S.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

For delivery by December 24, 2025:

  • USPS Ground: Order by December 16
  • UPS 2-Day Air: Order by December 18
  • UPS Next-Day Air: Order by December 2112

TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once shipped.
  • Allow 2 weeks for delayed packages before reporting as lost.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

  • Gift wrapping: Available at checkout (price tags removed upon request).
  • Insurance: Included for orders over $1,000.
  • PO Boxes: Not supported for expedited shipping.
